Tracy McCubbin is an entrepreneur, organizer, author and nonprofit leader who is passionate about reclaiming space, reclaiming purpose, and reclaiming finances. As founder and CEO of dClutterfly she has helped transform hundreds of homes and businesses by clearing the physical and emotional clutter that keeps people stuck—and by doing so, unlocks greater financial freedom and life-design for her clients. With her new business venture, dClutterfly Franchising, she is making her business model available to women whose passions are organizing and entrepreneurship

In her past role as Co-Executive Director of OneKid OneWorld, Tracy led global humanitarian efforts providing education, infrastructure and dignity to children in Kenya and Central America—where girls are empowered to stay in school and communities thrive through the ripple effect of invested hope. After co-leading OKOW for almost 20 years, she is excited to foster its project, OneGirl OnePad, into a legacy, stand alone movement, GalCare.

With a focus on female financial empowerment, Tracy teaches that true freedom begins when we stop accumulating what diminishes us, and instead invest in what magnifies our value—our time, our choices, our assets, our relationships, our giving. Her mission: to help women transform their environments, their finances, and their legacies.
